Job Description

Toptal is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to scale performance marketing efforts by optimizing paid media and managing SEM, paid social, and OLV campaigns. The role involves strategy, execution, and analysis to acquire quality clients and contribute to revenue growth, supported by analytics, creative, and customer teams.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years of paid media experience (paid social/OLV proficiency, SEM familiarity)
  • Experience with $1M+ annual Paid Media budgets
  • End-to-end experience in paid media strategies
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience growing revenue via performance marketing
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Experience with slide deck creation
  • Presentation experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with stakeholders
