Toptal is seeking a General Manager, AI to lead the end-to-end ownership of a new AI business line. This role involves building the business from the ground up, establishing product-market fit, and driving profitability and scalable operations. The position requires a strong entrepreneurial spirit and experience in building and launching new ventures.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
• 10+ years of business management experience
• 3+ years of P&L ownership
• Experience in a professional services organization
• Experience building a new business or product
• Technology or hyper-growth company experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commercial acumen and P&L understanding
• Excellent organization and adaptability
• World-class individual contributor
