Toptal is seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with Executives and Senior leaders to attract and hire top-tier talent across all levels. The role involves full life-cycle recruiting, strategy influence, and shaping candidate attraction and engagement. This is a remote position requiring US or Canada location.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Proactively source and engage top talent
• Conduct candidate outreach and screening
• Design and coordinate interview processes
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates
• Communicate with internal teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of recruitment experience, with in-house experience
• 4+ years of executive recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting in professional services environments
• Experience hiring for roles with P&L ownership
• Team-first mindset
• Proactive talent hunter
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
