Job Description

Toptal is seeking a hands-on CEO, Head of Global Services to drive growth and operational excellence. This role requires an engineering mindset focused on solving operational problems, building scalable frameworks, and leading the full-scale execution of Toptal’s professional services, including Technology Services, Management Consulting, and Marketing Agency.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the vision, strategy, and execution plan for Toptal’s services
  • Define the organizational structure for Services teams
  • Provide hands-on operational leadership
  • Translate goals into operational roadmaps
  • Establish scalable processes for delivery excellence
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal
  • Drive a high-performance culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in complex service organizations
  • Proven track record of leading multi-service line operations
  • Experience at a technology or hyper-growth company preferred
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience driving cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent organization and adaptability
  • Ownership and commitment to quality
