Toptal is seeking a Practice Director to lead the growth of their Apps and Integrations practice. This role involves setting the vision, owning the P&L, developing the go-to-market strategy, and driving practice profitability. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Enterprise Applications, Web Apps, Mobile Apps, and Software Development with a proven track record in leadership and business management.

Responsibilities

• Develop practice strategy and target clients
• Develop scalable service offerings
• Lead go-to-market efforts and establish product-market fit
• Develop thought leadership and marketing campaigns
• Enable and support the salesforce
• Manage practice P&L and drive financial performance
• Drive consulting project success from sales to delivery
• Ensure talent network readiness and foster community

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
• 15+ years of experience in Apps & Integration practice
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• 3+ years managing a business with P&L responsibility
• Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and integration technologies
• Moderate knowledge of programming languages
• Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture
• Experience in packaging, pricing, and delivering solutions
• Strong relationship development and leadership skills
• Analytical abilities and communication skills
