Job Description

The SVP of Growth, Technology Services will define and execute a technology-led go-to-market strategy to drive revenue growth across strategic clients. This role requires a visionary with deep technical knowledge, commercial savvy, and consultative influence, partnering with practice leaders and sales teams to increase win rates on large-scale technology services engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred)
  • 10+ years in enterprise technology services, 5+ in executive consulting
  • Proven track record influencing $25M+ in annual revenue
  • Strong executive presence with C-level engagement experience
  • Deep technical expertise in Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Application Integration
  • Experience building pre-sales/solutioning teams
  • Understanding of modern delivery models (agile, DevSecOps)
  • Ability to translate tech trends into scalable service offerings
  • Experience collaborating with sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
