Job Description

This role involves working directly with Toptal’s clients to understand their needs, match them with suitable Developers from their network, and provide support throughout the engagement process. It is a remote position focused on client management, talent matching, and ensuring a positive experience for both clients and talent.

Responsibilities

  • Understand client needs and custom-match them with engineering experts
  • Manage client expectations
  • Write job descriptions
  • Find suitable talent
  • Introduce talent to clients
  • Manage the matching process end-to-end
  • Track and incorporate client/talent feedback
  • Collaborate with other teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in software development or Developer recruitment
  • 3+ years of experience in client sales/consultative interviews
  • Experience in project scoping and proposal preparation
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
