Job Description

This role involves working directly with Toptal’s clients to understand their needs, custom-match them with Developers from their talent network, and provide support during the matching process. It is a remote position focused on client management and talent matching.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and custom-match them with engineering experts
• Manage client expectations
• Write job descriptions
• Find suitable talent
• Introduce talent to clients
• Manage the matching process end-to-end
• Track and incorporate client/talent feedback
• Collaborate with other teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in software development projects or Developer recruitment
• 3+ years of experience in client sales/consultative interviews
• Experience in project scoping and proposal preparation
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
