Job Description

The SVP of Supply Chain and Talent Operations will lead the strategy, structure, and execution of the Toptal Marketplace, ensuring a scalable and high-quality talent platform. This role focuses on optimizing the supply of talent to meet client demands while maintaining Toptal’s quality standards, building operational frameworks, and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a strategy to meet talent and client expectations
• Optimize talent supply against demand
• Streamline processes for sourcing, screening, and placing talent
• Gain insights from data and analytics
• Lead and motivate a growing team
• Ensure collaboration between clients, talent, and the core team
• Implement a performance framework with KPIs
• Enhance training materials
• Develop feedback loops
• Strengthen infrastructure for scalability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
• 10+ years managing large-scale operations with supply/demand components
• Ability to execute upon business unit KPIs
• Proven analytical and strategic planning skills
• Understanding of Data Architecture and Analytics
• Experience with process improvement
• Financial acumen and experience with compensation programs
• Experience working with Product Managers
• Experience with risk management
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience in recruiting, outsourcing, or talent space is a plus
