Comply is seeking a Partnership Compliance Consultant to provide consulting services on compliance and regulatory matters, draft disclosure documents, review marketing materials, conduct compliance reviews, and draft reports. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality services to clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site and office-based consulting services
• Conduct compliance reviews
• Provide proactive support for annual engagements
• Collaborate with sales representatives
• Provide guidance on Comply products
• Prepare client content
• Prepare marketing materials
• Participate in product development
• Assist Senior Consultants
• Mentor Associate Consultants

Requirements

• Law or financial degree and/or equivalent compliance experience
• Knowledge of Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and/or Securities Exchange Acts
• Complex problem solving and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Willingness to travel
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
