Job Description

Curri is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to improve driver satisfaction, engagement, and retention by designing and executing strategies for their nationwide driver network. This role will advocate for drivers and shape systems and programs to define world-class driver engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable systems for driver feedback
• Analyze driver data to identify pain points and opportunities
• Lead pilot experiments and scale successful initiatives
• Partner with Ops, Product, and Support to improve driver experience
• Report on driver engagement trends to leadership

• Data-driven with SQL and Google Sheets skills
