Curri is seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Manager to scale and elevate their People function. This role will focus on onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and optimizing People systems (Rippling & Lattice) to create a world-class employee experience in a rapidly growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding program
• Maintain multi-state employment compliance
• Administer Rippling system
• Improve People processes and documentation
• Support benefits administration
• Assist with People data and reporting
• Partner on employee engagement and culture initiatives
• Provide internal customer service

Requirements

• 4-6 years of People Operations experience
• Experience with onboarding programs
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Rippling preferred)
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Clear communication skills
• Focus on employee experience
