Job Description

Curri is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to lead and scale recruiting efforts for revenue-generating teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Revenue Operations. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, partnering with leadership, and improving GTM hiring processes to attract top talent in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Go-To-Market roles
  • Partner with GTM leadership on hiring priorities
  • Lead intake sessions with hiring managers
  • Provide market insights and hiring recommendations
  • Design and improve GTM recruiting processes
  • Refine interview structures and scorecards
  • Identify and solve recruiting funnel inefficiencies
  • Establish best practices for candidate communication
  • Own ATS workflows and reporting
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics

Requirements

  • 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience focused on Go-To-Market roles
  • Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong sourcing expertise
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders
  • Ability to build and scale recruiting processes
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience with Lever or similar ATS
  • Builder mentality
