Job Description

Curri is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales (Platform) to build and lead a new Enterprise Platform Sales department focused on their Route Planner solution. This role involves strategy, execution, scaling, and team building, with a focus on driving explosive growth and owning a critical piece of the company's future.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Sales Representatives
  • Define, implement, and optimize the enterprise sales lifecycle
  • Establish key performance indicators and manage sales dashboards
  • Partner with Product Management and Marketing
  • Personally lead and close foundational enterprise deals

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building a new sales division or major business unit
  • Deep expertise in selling complex, high-ACV enterprise software/SaaS solutions
  • Meticulous in designing and documenting scalable sales processes
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced startup environment
