Job Description

Curri is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to build and scale their RevOps function to support the company's rapid growth. This role involves system ownership, process optimization, performance analytics, sales enablement, and team leadership, requiring a builder who thrives in ambiguity and can make a measurable impact across the revenue organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue tech stack (Salesforce)
  • Build scalable data-driven workflows
  • Own compensation audit processes
  • Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports
  • Partner with sales and marketing for enablement
  • Mentor Growth Ops Associate
  • Collaborate with finance, product, marketing, and leadership

Requirements

  • Proven track record scaling revenue operations in high-growth ($100M+ to $1B)
  • Deep Salesforce expertise (Admin certification preferred)
  • Experience managing compensation plans and workflows
  • Strong analytical skills (SQL proficiency a plus)
  • Collaborative approach and credibility building skills
  • Experience mentoring/managing team members
