Curri is seeking a Director of Field Sales to lead and scale their Outside Sales Representative (OSR) organization, transforming it into a high-velocity sales engine to drive market penetration and new booking location growth nationwide.
Responsibilities
Scale and execute hiring, onboarding, and training strategy for OSR team
Implement standardized field sales playbook and enablement program
Manage and mentor OSR Leads/Managers, establishing KPIs
Serve as liaison between OSR, RevOps, Account Management, Enterprise Sales, and Marketing
Own territory design, incentive structures, and improvements to transactional sales motion
Requirements
7+ years of experience scaling and leading high-volume, field-based sales teams
Expertise managing transactional sales motions with high daily activity
Experience partnering with RevOps to define KPIs and reporting structures
Proven ability to develop, coach, and mentor sales leaders
