Job Description

Zus is seeking a technically fluent Sales Director to drive adoption of their shared health data platform among technology-enabled value-based care organizations. The role involves proactive sourcing, building relationships, managing deals, delivering demos, and providing feedback to product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and qualify new VBC prospects
  • Build relationships with clinical operations, engineering, and VBC executives
  • Manage deals end-to-end
  • Deliver high-impact demos
  • Translate workflows into integration plans
  • Guide proof-of-concept builds
  • Articulate Zus's fit into VBC tech stacks
  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering
  • Understand VBC data usage

Requirements

  • 8+ years of healthcare SaaS sales experience
  • Consistent achievement of revenue targets
  • Ability to run demos and troubleshoot integrations
  • Proven prospecting and pipeline building skills
  • Experience navigating multi-department sales cycles
  • Strong communication skills
  • Data-driven and action-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Willingness to travel
  • Passion for improving healthcare
