Job Description

Zus is seeking an experienced leader to lead and expand one of their Data Acquisition teams. This role involves collecting and making health data useful via API and integrations, building data pipelines using AWS services, and managing RESTful services. The ideal candidate will unify diverse healthcare data sources to provide clear patient insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers
• Partner with product managers and engineers to develop data acquisition use cases
• Ensure business critical services remain operational
• Participate in Agile sprint management
• Work hands-on with codebases

Requirements

• Supervisory experience leading software engineers
• Experience building and running large-scale systems in the cloud
• Experience building services and APIs for third-party developers
• Experience with stable and cost-efficient data pipelines
• Experience with backend software development (Go or Node)
